Giovanni Barbieri has discovered, invented, designed and established the production of premium-quality carved stones. His sophisticated and elegant stone designs have been reinvented with other materials, such as basalt and engineered stone. Giovanni Barbieri also received a 2015 Best of Year Award for his Murano Collection, a series of natural stone slabs combined with hand-made Tuscan terracotta and Venetian Murano glass. With the Trilogy Collection, Giovanni introduces a completely new concept based on a unique production process. Tiles are 3-Dimensional irregular hexagonal porcelain tiles with irregular edges and various finishes.
